Urgently Hiring Cable and Harness Assemblers for PCB manufacturing
Location: Fairfield, NJ
Pay: $18 - $19
Shift: 7am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Job Description
We are currently seeking three Cable and Harness Assemblers for our Fairfield location. This position operates Monday-Friday from 7am - 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings and blueprints, wrapping, crimping, and stripping wires, identifying and reporting any missing parts or problems, inspecting and repairing assemblies, and conducting and documenting tests per specifications. This role is open due to a new customer requirement for on-site assembly completion. The company specializes in customer-specific printed circuit boards and is expanding into cable and harness wire assembly. Most orders are medium to small, catering primarily to Aerospace and Defense clients, with a smaller portion serving commercial businesses.

Work Environment
You will be working in a climate-controlled, deadline-intensive environment with a medium work pace focused on quality over quantity. The dress code is casual, allowing for T-shirts, shorts or jeans, and tennis shoes.
