Requirements:?
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Any state!)
Associates degree from an accredited institution
1 Year of Experience post Licensure (3-5 years preferred)
BLS Certificate

M-F 0730-1630
Off on federal holidays
NO Call

Salary of $54,000 - 71,000 (based on YOE)
