Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Description
Our client is a general contractor specializing in 90% interiors commercial construction, including aviation, schools, educational, commercial, government, hotel and hospitality, as well as tenant fit outs and interior renovation. Their project management experience encompasses construction management/GMP projects, fast track tenant build-outs, interior renovations, design build, and base building projects. They are currently seeking a Project Manager who will manage and direct the construction of various contracts within the client's portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; managing projects from bid to award to completion (ranging from $100k-$10M); performing site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents; managing the RFI and submittal process; creating project schedules; bidding new projects, scope reviews, coordinating with subcontractors for project estimates; change order reviews, processing, and negotiating; budget creation and tracking; marketing and business development; and managing 2-3+ projects at a time.

They will work in the office in Fairfax, VA. The client has an open environment, is very team-oriented, and expects everyone to play their part and perform. They work directly with the owners and executives of the company. It is mid-sized and performs $50M a year.
