Arcadis is seeking a BIM & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Project Controls team at Newark Liberty International Airport, supporting our client implementing major transportation infrastructure projects.

Role description:

As a BIM & Data Analytics Specialist, you will oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes, standards, and technologies to support efficient project delivery.

Role accountabilities:
Collaborate with project teams to define, gather, and coordinate BIM requirements and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations.
Overseeing the production of BIM deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations, comply with standards, and align with project goals.
Manage the creation of accurate and clear coordinated project models that adhere to best practices and quality standards.
Address intricate modeling issues to support program objectives and successful project outcomes.
Present BIM data through regular reports to illustrate project status, highlight challenges, and propose solutions.
Create and manage business intelligence solutions to aid project delivery and control.
Develop interactive, automated, real-time dashboards to monitor progress and communicate performance to the program team.
BIM Implementation Plans: Creating, implementing, and maintaining BIM Implementation Plans to guide the integration of BIM into projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Virtual Design and Construction, BIM Integrated Project Delivery, Digital Twin concepts, and Automation Tools in construction projects.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field from an ABET-accredited institution.
Advanced skills in software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and possibly other related tools.
Thorough understanding of BIM Standards (BEP, LOD, CoBie, etc.) and Digital Twin Technologies, as well as familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes.
Experience in an oversight role within major construction programs and knowledge of applying information management solutions in complex infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with multiple areas, such as Information/BIM Management, Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, Asset Management, System Design & Procurement, etc.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000.
