Robert Half USA - Payroll Analyst in Exton, Pennsylvania

Description We are on the search for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. The chosen candidate will function in the telecom industry, supporting all aspects of payroll operations processing and partnering with other payroll team members in the development of processes to enhance payroll services. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of payroll operations processing, including ADP payroll BAU process deployment

• Partner with other payroll team members in the development of processes to enhance payroll services

• Liaise with various teams such as Compensation, Benefits, Equity, Mobility, Employee Life Cycle Management, and People Resources Hub to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information and issue resolution

• Manage equity transactions, domestic relocation reporting, and international mobility payments and reporting for expat and inpat population

• Coordinate with Relocation vendors to ensure quarterly and annual reporting is managed successfully

• Oversee the schedule of Employee movements for expat/inpat international assignments

• Coordinate and advise 3rd party vendors to ensure correct recording of cross country equity transactions for employees on international assignments transfers

• Partner with Payroll Compliance team to ensure all tax adjustments are processed in accordance with Plan requirements. Requirements • Proficient in customer service and communication skills

• Demonstrated skills in reporting and operations

• Experience in planning and implementing procedures

• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll

• Skilled in materials handling and planning processes

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proven track record in audit and finance

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Ability to provide workstation support

• Knowledge of benefit functions

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Experience in handling vendors

• Ability to perform quarterly and ad hoc financial duties

• Skilled in negotiation and tax accounting

• Proficient in expense reporting and payroll functions

• Familiarity with HR best practices.
