Robert Half USA - Payroll Analyst in Exton, Pennsylvania
Description We are in search of a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in EXTON, Pennsylvania. The role involves the accurate and timely completion of payroll hours, as well as handling escalated payroll inquiries and system errors. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert in the area of time and attendance record keeping
• Assist in all time entry operations and procedures
• Conduct system training for new Business Unit Managers
• Support Payroll Manager with system updates, enhancements, policy changes, and other duties as assigned
• Responsible for the accurate and timely approval and export of payroll hours worked and PTO recorded in the UKG Time Attendance system
• Research and resolve escalated payroll inquiries for all hourly pay groups
• Assist in resolving system errors, incorrect system configurations, and mapping errors resulting in incorrect pay calculations
• Act as a resource and provide guidance to UKG Payroll Specialist. Requirements • Proficient in Payroll administration and related functions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to document processes and create reports
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Understanding of Operations and Procedures related to payroll
• Knowledge of relevant Policy and Compliance regulations
• Familiarity with Materials Handling and Review processes
• Experience with 'About Time' software or similar time tracking tools
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Capable of providing Workstation Support when needed
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Negotiation skills and experience in Implementation of new systems or practices
• Proficiency in Data Analysis
• Ability to interact effectively with various Stakeholders
• Excellent Time Management skills.
