Join one of the largest, fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in the US that is patient focused in their pursuit of life changing treatments! Our client is currently hiring a Payroll Analyst to join their team in Exton.
As a Payroll Analyst you will support multiple payroll projects and process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess payroll/human resource business knowledge, in-depth ADP and/or Workday knowledge, and experience with system conversion or upgrades. You will support projects and cross-functional initiatives, analyzing and evaluating data for conversion from ADP to Workday, and acting as a resource for Payroll special projects within or across HR groups. If you have at least 3 years of experience then this is the role for you.
salary: $30 - $32.47 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
As a Payroll Analyst job duties include:
Support and participate in multiple payroll projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Act as a resource for Payroll special projects within or across HR groups.
Analyze and evaluate data for the purposes of conversion from ADP to Workday.
Proactively escalate issues/risks to the appropriate team members and management.
Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management.
Skills:
3 years of experience supporting payroll implementations or conversions in the US.
Experience with ADP Vantage Payroll and Reporting systems is preferred.
Knowledge of Payroll & HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
