Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operators in Exeter, New Hampshire
Adecco has partnered with a premier manufacturer in the Exeter, NH area in search of Machine Operators and Utility Operators ! These positions are temp-to-hire, offering full benefits, incentives, and overtime!
Schedules:
1st Shift – Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 4:00PM
2nd Shift – Monday – Friday from 4:00PM – 12:30AM
3rd Shift – Monday – Friday from 12:30AM – 7:30AM
2nd Shift Weekends – Two Weekday Shifts during 2nd Shift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30PM – 12:30AM (12-Hour Shifts)
3 rd Shift Weekends – Two Weekday Shifts during 3rd Shift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30AM – 12:30PM (12-Hour Shifts)
Responsibilities:
Operates equipment for production / processing operation
Operate / monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a keen focus on machine quality and performance
Document machine and attainment performance daily
Measures and checks raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients, and quantities
Monitors controls to ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctions
Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements
Maintain safety standards across all work areas
Qualifications:
Preferred Manufacturing experience – 1-2 Years+ Solid computer skills
Ability to prioritize
Attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot and report it to the supervisor or team lead
Strong analytical skills
Ability to effectively multitask
Excels in both independent and team environments
Strong understanding and adherence to process discipline
Able to stand for long period of time
Mechanical basics preferred
Comfortable in a Clean Room environment

Pay Details: $17.43 to $25.08 per hour
