Clinical Behavioral Specialist Manager

Full Time, Monday - Friday, Varies
Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Clinical Behavioral Specialist Manager to join our Team in Mercer County. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing a day program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, our Clinical Behavioral Specialist Manager will have experience working with individuals who require enhanced mental health/behavioral support.
What We Need:
Serve as the clinical support manager in a community-based day program.
Will lead hands-on implementation of behavioral support services, serving as the lead behaviorist and role model for the our direct care team.
Oversee the implementation of comprehensive behavioral services by our direct care staff.
Will report to an Operations Director and a Senior Clinical Behavior Specialist.
Will collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and facilitate evidence-based practices.
Will engage with the direct care staff to solicit feedback for the continuous improvement of behavior support plans.
Will be an active member of all clinical team meetings to ensure holistic and collaborative care.
Will possess excellent written and verbal skills.
What You Need:
Associate degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience working in a Day Program Setting.
RBT Certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Must have the ability to communicate with consumers, all levels of staff, professionals, family members, and other persons in the community.
Proficient computer skills in but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suites, Therap, Electronic Health Records
Must possess a valid US driver's license.
Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
