We need a motivated, professional, innovative, creative System Engineer that enjoys designing and developing high quality Interiors products that fulfill the customer’s vision. CMI Engineering is fully involved from design concept to fielding of new technology . We have an exciting variety of products that we create : Aircraft Water & Waste Systems, Lavatories, Front Row Monuments, and more.

This position is looking for an experienced System Engineer. This person will be leading projects and applying their seasoned knowledge to the development of our products.

What You Will Do:

  • How to collaborate within an interdisciplinary Integrated Product Team.

  • How to write, validate, and trace requirements for aircraft interiors products.

  • Experience with development of aircraft interior systems in accordance with ARP4754 best practices

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with ARP-4754

  • Ability to lead a team of systems engineers on a large program.

  • Experience with military programs.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
