Description Supervisor Care Management - Everett Medical Ctr Colby-Everett(HR) SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8-4:30 The Supervisor position reports to the Manager of Care Management and is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Social Workers. Supervision includes the daily coordination and management of all assigned Social Work staff to ensure excellence in customer service. The Supervisor develops and implements an operational plan that includes staffing resources, policy and procedures, orientation and education, and quality improvement activities under the direction of the manager. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Or Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License 3 years Recent experience dealing with diverse patient populations including various age groups with physical or developmental disabilities, emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders, and substance abuse, or complex care needs.
