Position Title: Structural Analysis Engineer 4 Duration: Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility to extend based on business need and performance Shift: First Shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Location: Everett, WA Pay Rate: $83/hr. As an Industrial Tech, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in Winter Park, CO, you'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in the operation, maintenance, calibration, diagnosis, inspection, and repair of the equipment, instruments, processes, and support systems of an industrial water and/or wastewater treatment facility; and provide guidance and direction to plant operators, mechanics, and industrial technicians. You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in the facilities. You'll operate, monitor and calibrate motors, generators, gauges, valves and gates to regulate processes; determine and set flow rates, pressure, distribution and chemical dosage; maintain a log of operations and process adjustments as necessary; observe variances, and interpret meter/gauge readings; collect samples and perform laboratory tests; process, haul and apply residuals in accordance with regulations; utilize data management tools, and perform other duties as required. Most importantly, you'll?take action?to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of your team. Responsibilities: Leads development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to establish the system design. Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment. Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using and developing analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance. Leads development of test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyses/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Supports in-service products by leading investigations into failures and analyzing improvements. Develops analytical processes/tools to improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort. Works under minimal direction. Must Haves: MUST have one of the following degrees: BS/MS Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Level 4: 12 years' experience 100% onsite in Everett, WA US Person required. BCA fuselage stress and design experience (skin, stringer, frame, pressure deck, etc...) Also looking for someone with integration experience (must have prior BCA fuselage experience to support global coordination efforts) System Stress experience: Flight controls, Mechanical Hydraulics, High lift, Electrical, and/or ECS system installation stress analysis experience.
