Fortive Corporation Internal Communications Director in Everett, Washington
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of effective
internal communications across the Fluke business, globally. The role includes
executive communications, employee programs, change management, and
leadership events. You will drive improvements to our communication
channels, editorial strategy and pioneer new approaches in support of our
employee engagement and talent imperative. You will help shape the culture
through strategic communications, garnering confidence and excitement
around the future vision of Fluke.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the globe, building key
relationships with internal comms stakeholders across other operating
companies and Fortive; our HR leaders; and with the Head of External
Communications.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an accomplished and strategic internal communications executive with
proven experience from a highly regarded company known for excellence in
driving employee awareness, engagement and culture. You have a steep
career trajectory, a track record of driving tangible impact through novel
communications strategies, and the ability to succeed in a lean environment.
You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire
executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners. You are strategic while
also detail-oriented and comfortable being hands-on. You are highly curious
with a desire to learn and continuously improve while delivering value to the
business.

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $133,400.00 - $247,600.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
