Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team. The position is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, on the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available before or after the shift and on weekends after completing training. This role involves assembling electronics according to product specifications and following blueprints to put together electronic devices, tools, and products using hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
Work from instructions, drawings, schematics, illustrations, and process documentation to assemble a wide variety of electrical subassemblies and systems.
Plan, fabricate, assemble, disassemble, set up, test, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electrical hardware and equipment.
Perform routine, complex, and repetitive assembly operations and processes to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner.
Analyze and evaluate test results to validate acceptance criteria.
Practice and comply with environmental, health, and safety directions and procedures.
Essential Skills
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a high school diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electrical test equipment.
Manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in electrical assembly, wiring, and reading blueprints.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.

Work Environment
The work environment is a modern, well-equipped facility with advanced assembly equipment. The role involves working the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime available. Safety and compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations are paramount. The dress code is standard for a manufacturing setting, requiring appropriate safety gear and attire.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
