About the Role :
This is a fantastic role for a creative, curious, and passionate team player with a strong interest in Corporate Communications. In this role you will support the EMEA Corporate Affairs team based in the regional office near Paris (Neuilly-sur-Seine). You will help deliver high-touch corporate communications, creative support, and conduct media/communications analysis.
Key responsibilities and Tasks:
Support in the creation and execution of multi-channel corporate communications that drive employee engagement, shape our ELC EMEA culture and build reputation with key stakeholders.
Support with the Community Management of MyELC EMEA company intranet and the Instagram community.
Collaborate with regional office functions and brand teams to support internal communications via newsletter, articles and emails.
Provide high-touch creative support to elevate the image of our corporate brand style.
Provide strategic and competitive insights through media and communication analysis across the industry touching Inclusion, Diversity, Citizenship and Sustainability topics in particular.
Work collaboratively with the team to facilitate planning for Regional townhalls, webcasts, and other large-scale employee meetings/engagement events.
Collaborate on regional corporate inclusion, diversity, sustainability & citizenship programs, initiatives and communications as needed.
Ensure ongoing measurement of communications, engagement and success through existing corporate platforms.
Demonstrate agility and flexibility to work on ad hoc projects across other areas of EMEA Corporate Affairs and Communications team, as needs frequently arise in this fast-paced environment.
Support analyzing and tracking competitor corporate initiatives across social media platforms.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication/Journalism.
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Previous experience in Communications/similar role preferred.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), French is a plus.
License or Certifications : Communications/ Digital communication. Knowledge in Designing and Illustration is a huge plus.

Proficient in Microsoft: Office, Word, Outlook and Power point. Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PremierPro is a plus.
