This company is a leader in the aerospace industry, and needs YOU! We're seeking a highly motivated ISO Manager to ensure this cutting edge aerospace manufacturer meets the industry's most rigorous standards. In this crucial role, you'll oversee compliance with ISO 9001:2015 from design concept to final delivery, ensuring every step of the process adheres to the highest quality standards.
salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance with ISO standards, from the initial design concept of product all the way through to production and final delivery.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with the latest ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Conduct internal audits to identify and address any potential gaps in compliance.
Oversee the creation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to continuously improve our processes.
Manage and train employees on ISO standards and quality procedures.
Interface with external certification bodies to facilitate audits and maintain certifications.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure consistent quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
strong understanding of AS9100 (if applicable) and ISO 9001:2015 principles is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
