Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for answering customer questions both on the phone and in person, providing support for customer orders, and offering product and business information. This position serves as a business representative for our distribution channel and requires excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sit at the front desk and answer customer questions on the phone and in person.

  • Provide customer order support and product/business information.

  • Act as a business representative for the distribution channel.

  • Process orders using Oracle.

  • Process and review dealer orders and requests, and system generated acknowledgements and orders.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding product and business issues.

  • Support the order fulfillment process by working with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery departments.

  • Maintain pricing and run sales reports.

Essential Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).

  • Customer service experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Inside sales/order processing experience.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.

  • Experience in sales, outbound calls, and the manufacturing industry.

  • Knowledge of invoice processing, logistics, distribution, purchasing, and inventory control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail and ability to learn product knowledge.

  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and learn new software easily.

  • Basic math skills (verified through reference and a basic math skills test).

Work Environment

This position is based in an office next to a warehouse, working at the front counter in a smaller office environment with a team of 2-3 colleagues. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm. The dress code is business casual. You will be part of a close-knit team that supports training and promotes growth opportunities within the company. Benefits include 401k, vacation, PTO (after 90 days), and health benefits once hired directly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
