Job Title: Bilingual Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual representative who will be responsible for sitting at the front desk, answering customer questions on the phone and in person. The role involves providing customer order support and product/business information for all customers. This position acts as a business representative for the distribution channel, ensuring quality customer service and order support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions on the phone and in person.

  • Provide customer order support and product/business information.

  • Act as a business representative for the distribution channel.

  • Process orders using Oracle.

  • Process and review dealer orders and requests, as well as system-generated acknowledgements and orders.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.

  • Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery teams.

  • Maintain pricing and run sales reports.

Essential Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.

  • Experience with inside sales/order processing.

  • Ability to learn product knowledge.

  • Basic math skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound sales and calls.

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.

  • Experience in invoice processing, product knowledge, logistics, distribution, purchasing, outside sales, inventory control, cycle counts, scheduling, and service.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Ability to learn new software easily.

Work Environment

This position will take place in an office next to the warehouse. The office is smaller, and the person will be working right by the front counter with a team of 2-3 in the front office. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm. The dress code is business casual. The company offers a close-knit team environment with support and training. There are opportunities for growth or movement within the company, and employees can participate in various promotions and competitions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
