What our Adult Days Support Community Connectors GET TO DO every day!

Our Community Connectors are DSPS who work Monday through Friday in an Adult Day Services setting supporting and caring for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Every day as a Community Connector, you actively work in classroom setting where you assist individuals with crafts and other indoor activities, as well as, by taking the individuals into the community when you get to also enjoy outings to museums, sporting events, movies, parks, and many other types of volunteer activities in the Cleveland area.

One of the biggest parts of the job is ensuring the individuals you serve get safely to and from their homes to the program and to the outings. This is a very important part of their day as it is what gives them freedom to move about their community! You will be part of a positive team working together to support people who really appreciate and need you.

Please note...

There are still all the standard requirements in the job such as completing and submitting documentation and billing, driving an individual to an appointment, and supporting individual needs throughout the day, but the impact this role has getting these individuals out of their homes and actively involved in their community is the heart of it all!

So, if you're thinking, those sound-like fun things to do, you're right! You get PAID to have fun!

Are YOU ready to join our team?!!
