Your responsibilities

• Define & shape the EMEA Talent Management strategy relevant to the business operations and endorsed by all key stakeholders

• Develop and implement comprehensive succession planning strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees across the organization.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current talent pipelines, identify gaps, and create development practices to fill critical roles

• Collaborate closely with the global Vice President of Talent Management to ensure the coordination of the global talent and learning initiatives

• Drive the Early in Career strategy & programmes (interns, apprentices, and graduates)

  Who we are looking for

• University Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience preferably within Human Resources, Talent Management and/or Learning & Development, including prior leadership with considerable scope and complexity combined with good business acumen.

• Have ability to handle diverse responsibilities to adapt to a variety of human resources issues.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.

• Have ability to effectively and persuasively present information to all levels of leadership management and employees.

  Ideally, you will also have

• Can operate effectively and efficiently in a global matrix organisation

• Fluent in English and another European language is appreciated
