Avera is currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
$25,000, $35,000 or $50,000 sign-on bonus!
Position Highlights:
May be eligible for $25,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment, $35,000 sign-on bonus with 3-year commitment or $50,000 sign-on bonus with 5-year commitment!

Job Summary
The CRNA is accountable for providing anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients within Avera Holy Family
Education and/or Experience
Gra duate of an Associate of Science in Nursing Degree program, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field required.
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia preferred.
Previous experience as a CRNA is preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Upon hire
Licensed as an APRN in the State of Iowa and board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Within three months
Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters and every three years thereafter.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Day shift
On call every other weekend
On call every other holiday
Will be on call 24/7 every other week
