As the successful candidate, you will: 

  • Provide IT technical assistance and guidance in day to day business operations

  • Function as part of the global IT team providing local and remote IT support for the business

  • Respond to enquiries and ensure internal service level agreements are maintained

  • Work with the team to maintain formal procedures and policies for consistency and increased productivity 

You bring to the role: 

You will have at least completed training in the field of IT (IT system integrator, IT clerk) or comparable, be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English, along with strong analytical skills and troubleshooting methods.

Common tasks performed in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the breakdown, relocation and set-up of workstation IT equipment

  • Deploying and supporting operating system images and various software to computers locally and remotely

  • Supporting meeting room audio visual equipment

  • Administering user accounts on various systems

  • Troubleshooting end user IT equipment

Experience working with the below technologies is highly regarded:

  • Microsoft Windows 10/11

  • Microsoft Office 365 environment including Microsoft Teams

  • Microsoft Entra

  • Active Directory

  • Zendesk or equivalent service management software
