Nestle Senior Project Manager - SAP Landscape in Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for a SAP Senior Project Manager to be part of our SAP Landscape Team in the IT Platforms Stream

The role

As a member of the SAP Landscape platform group, you will use your expertise and passion to contribute to the team’s success within one of the largest and most complex SAP implementations in the world. As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will lead and contribute to global IT projects like our SAP S/4HANA program.

You will be part of the SAP Landscape team and will work closely with IT Product Streams and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality, within the allocated budget and as per the agreed scope. Furthermore, you will play a vital role to continuously improve the methodology, templates, and reports to optimize future project deployments.

What you’ll do

  • Management of projects following project management best practices like incl. planning, budget, quality, risk management & communication

  • Lead a virtual and international project team and communicate with stakeholders on all levels in the IT organization

  • Assure proper gate keeping through sign-off of various test cycles

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services through use of (emerging) technology, technical methods and methodologies

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a related study/equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in managing complex IT SAP projects

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong result focus and the ability to influence without authority

  • Experience in working in a complex and global environment with virtual teams

  • Can-do attitude and self-motivated

Bonus Points If You:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP / PRINCE2)

  • Project management or consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA brownfield projects
