The role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BA to join our team at Nestle. As a BA, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise and guidance in the area of Demand and Supply Planning, specifically supporting our ongoing OMP rollout and our existing SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) solutions.
In your role, you will focus on end-to-end design for larger integrated projects and programs according to the priorities set by the Product Group for Demand and Supply Planning working closely with architects and other colleagues from the product team. You will primarily be responsible for system and process integration.
You will primarily be responsible for system and process integration, including both functional and technical aspects with like-minded colleagues internally in Supply Chain as well as with Transversal teams to deliver leading edge solutions that exceed business expectations as priority by maximizing the re-use of existing products and services.
In addition, you will contribute to the product roadmap incorporating digital, automation, analytics, and innovation to ensure maximum business value.
What you’ll do
Support the ongoing implementation of our OMP solution and existing landscape for SAP APO primarily in the integration aspects of the solutions.
Collaborate with architect in DSP area
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Demand and Supply Planning using SAP APO and OMP.
Participate in the Design of end-to-end planning solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other systems.
Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and propose enhancements or customizations to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain solution documentation, including functional and technical specifications, system diagrams, and process flows.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
Support post-implementation activities, including user training, issue resolution, and system maintenance.

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution integration, system architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on Demand and Supply Planning.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning.
Proficiency or Experience in OMP solution is highly desirable.
Experience in integrating SAP APO and OMP with other systems, such as SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in system, data and process integration.
Knowledge of at least one IT technology domain such as programming languages (preferably ABAP), cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) or data integration tools (e.g. SAP PI)
Good understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, and order promising.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bonus Points if you
Proficiency or Experience in OMP solution is highly desirable.
Experience in system, data and process integration
SAP APO and OMP certifications are a plus
