Job Summary
UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG Pro Workforce Management, our award-winning Time and Attendance offering. As a Solution Consultant, you are the subject matter expert responsible for successfully implementing all phases of your projects. Candidates will possess an advanced knowledge of Time concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG's implementation methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance to the customer
Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support of live payroll processing
Track, manage, and oversee the resolution of open implementation issues/items
Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items
Meet project task milestones and due dates
Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of software implementation experience
Ability to travel up to 25%
Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
Strong time management and organizational skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
General Business Acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of Time experience
Experience with Pro Workforce Management or other HCM software
Configuration, testing & data mapping experience
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
