Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our Wire Bond Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the packaging and assembly of semiconductor devices. Training disciplines include Silicon Die Attach, Plastic Encapsulation/Lid Seal, Surface Mount, Plastic Package Decapsulation, and more. The role involves working under a microscope for extended periods and following both written and verbal work instructions. You will run existing automated die attach and wire bond processes in a production setting and perform manual and automated component attach assembly of microelectronic devices. The position requires operating automated adhesive dispense and die attach equipment, as well as automated wire bond and wedge bond equipment, as trained by our engineering and production leads. You will support automated die attach and wire bond processes as needed to maintain product flow for customer deliverable materials and provide feedback for process improvements.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Escondido, California.

Work Environment

ITAR Facility. Cleanroom environment with full PPE, including gloves, lab coat, face mask, and shoe covers. Casual atmosphere. 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm (training at 8am).
