Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Erlanger, Kentucky

Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Sr. Financial Analyst for our operations based in Northern, Kentucky. The individual will be instrumental in our financial department, playing a key role in budget performance, analysis, planning, and reporting. This role also entails liaising with various department managers, offering financial guidance, management, and oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Department Managers, providing financial leadership and oversight.

• Coordinate and oversee all areas of Budget Performance, Analysis, Planning, and Reporting.

• Lead financial reporting on current Sales forecast, short- and long-term business plans, Trade spend and accrual reporting, and Marketing spend reporting.

• Manage the complexity of multiple systems across planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with IT to create and manage financial reporting tools and conduct multi-functional training.

• Strive for a high level of accuracy in finance management and lead efforts to drive governance.

• Develop presentations to the leadership team and global organization on financial results.

• Ensure GPM reporting is submitted in a timely and accurate manner.

• Lead the implementation of SAP upgrade reporting in the near future.

• Train and develop the Financial Analyst and/or Staff Accountant to support all Finance & Accounting, including FP& A ad hoc responsibilities.

• Use your skills in Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, SAP, Hyperion Financial Reporting, and Annual Financial Reporting to perform your duties.
