OCM, Steady State Learning Developer

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Role Overview:

As a member of the 1ADM Transformation Program, the Steady State Learning Developer will ensure end users are adequately trained and prepared for their ERP system role by creating and maintaining end user training materials in alignment with our OCM Methodology. Activities include interfacing with change leads, super users, program team members, and consulting learning partners to ensure alignment to program standards and processes.

Strong listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills are critical for this role’s success. Additionally, verbal and written communication skills, dependability, being able to prioritize, establish and meet deadlines, collaboration and initiative are essential for this position.

This transformation is across multiple businesses and global regions. The role requires someone interested in attention to detail and executing towards a strategy and be able to execute the tactical plan to enable the strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute against the identified learning curriculum and create/maintain end user training materials to align with the 1ADM OCM Methodology

  • Collaborate with the Release Learning Team and Steady State Change Leads to keep a global perspective on curriculum

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate with a diversified/global Learning team that includes cross-divisional internal resources as well as external resources

  • Work effectively with all levels of leadership on a global cross-functional team

  • Provide relevant updates to OCM Release Team Leadership and 1ADM OCM Program Leadership

  • Team player with the ability to quickly relate and establish trust across multiple target audiences

  • Identify and manage issues, risks, and drive mitigation

Qualifications, core skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience applying adult learning theory and approaches within the corporate setting in support of large-scale program transformation

  • Experience with learning and implementation of large systems, preferably experience with SAP/ERP training

  • Hands on experience in multiple learning and development software: particularly Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and SAP EnableNow

  • Independent thinking, good judgment and self-motivated to complete projects on time and deliver results

  • Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work well with all levels of personnel are essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint and Outlook are required

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical

  • Ability to demonstrate strong judgment, problem-solving, attention to detail and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience working within a matrix organization with multiple functions (operations, commercial, finance, procurement, etc.) with diverse businesses, geographies and cultures.

  • Strong business acumen within various functions (operations, corporate functions, etc.)

  • Self-starter, independently motivated, works calmly and maintains good judgment in a dynamic problem-solving environment with shifting priorities.

  • Excellent communication, written, oral and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work on a diversified / global team that includes cross-divisional internal resources as well as external resources.

  • Ability to succeed in deadline-oriented environment with minimal direction and supervision.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Bachelors in Human Resources, L&D, Business, Psychology or related field.
