Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation (SI EA) offers the best-in-class portfolio of Protection and Automation products for electrical grids. You'll make an impact from day 1, with an exciting day to day:
Defining requirements for the R&D team: You define, develop, and drive the product roadmap, managing R&D development priorities for feature development and rollout based on customer feedback.
Market analysis: Based on regular meetings with partners and customers, and market analysis, you’ll be involved in future investments. You’ll also take into account and analyze the overall market and competition.
Introducing product prototypes: You introduce prototypes to customers and document their feedback.
Value proposition: You articulate the value proposition and features of products to customers and other stakeholders.
Gathering and prioritizing feedback: You seek internal and external product feedback, as well as ideas, to effectively decide how you will prioritize them.
Creating content: You create and present conference papers and/or whitepapers.
Close team collaboration: Closely collaborating with R&D, sales, marketing departments and colleagues in product management to drive innovation, and assure we continue to be market leaders. You’ll report and team up with the Head Product Manager.

Fluency in German and English
Any educational background in the field of electrical engineering is welcome in addition with several years of relevant professional experience. In addition, if you are located in Germany would be beneficial.

We reward you with your own individualised feedback report on your strengths and areas for future focus, while you wait for next steps. This is emailed to you automatically immediately after completing The Assessment.
Stage 3 - Interview: Here, we’ll build on the previous stage to get to know you even better and it will also be an opportunity for you to get to know us, and ask any questions.
