Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams unbefristet eine/n
Zollbeauftragten / Exportbeauftragten (m/w/d)
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
Betreuung internationaler Import- und Export-Abwicklungen unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Zollvorgaben
Überwachung der termin- und sachgerechten Versandabwicklung
Sicherstellung der Versand- und Zollabwicklung
Externe Abstimmung mit Behörden und Zollämtern zu Genehmigungen und Vorschriften
Ansprechpartner*in bei Betriebsprüfungen durch das Hauptzollamt
Prüfen der Speditionsrechnungen hinsichtlich Zolltarifnummern und Zollbeträge
Tarifieren von Waren im Außenhandel
Kontakt mit Lieferanten/Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen
Administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Wareneingang
Überzeuge uns durch:
Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Import / Export, Zollabwicklung und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
