Machine Maintenance to keep production molding machines running with a minimum of down time. Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Knowledge of some/all of the following: · Knowledge of Cincinnati, Ferromatik Milicron, Sumitomo plastic molding machines · Knowledge of Gammaflux, MSI, Plasthing hot runner controllers · Knowledge of SLC 500 & Idec PLC's · Able to troubleshoot & repair Injection Molding Machines and related support equipment · Able to read electrical/hydraulic ladder diagrams · Read and write PLC logic · Interface with computer systems and specifically SAP computerized maintenance work orders to accept, work on, and close jobs.
Shift: 3rd, 11:30 PM - 8 AM, Sun night - Fri morning
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Experience:
- Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Preferred)
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
