Volt Management Corp Non-Profit Executive Director in Erie, Pennsylvania

Volt is immediately hiring a Non-Profit Executive Director in Erie, PA. As an Executive Director, you will; Lead our non-profit organization with a focus on driving organizational growth, enhancing fundraising efforts, and expanding community outreach. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for our mission, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

  • Organizational Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission and objectives
    • Oversee the operational and financial performance of the organization
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Fundraising:
    • Create and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors and stakeholders
    • Plan and oversee fundraising events and campaigns
  • Community Outreach:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and the public.
    • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and media engagements.
    • Develop and implement outreach programs to increase community engagement and support
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Provide visionary leadership to staff, volunteers, and the Board of Directors
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation
    • Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization
  • Program Development:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that align with the organization's mission
    • Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed
  • This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity. The ideal candidate, will have: Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.     • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit M nagement, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master's preferred)
    • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a non-profit organization
    • Clearances which include
      • PA criminal background check

      • FBI Fingerprinting
    • Proven track record in fundraising and donor relations
    • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
