TEKsystems Administrative Assistant in Erie, Pennsylvania

Position Summary

  • Provides support and administration for Employee Health Services programs including work restrictions, accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ergonomics and other safety- and health services-related programs.

  • Administers assigned program(s).

  • Interacts through verbal and written communications with key stakeholders, including Employees, legal, HR business partners, management, vendor/carrier in a proactive manner to effectively manage each case.

  • Oversees preparation of medical files, documents interactions and updates systems, ensuring employee confidentiality and compliance with related state and federal laws.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years with Administrative experience

  • Experience in Human Resources (leave management or regulatory) preferred

  • Healthcare or medical experience is a plus

  • Experience handling employee confidentiality and following protocols
