Position Summary
Provides support and administration for Employee Health Services programs including work restrictions, accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ergonomics and other safety- and health services-related programs.
Administers assigned program(s).
Interacts through verbal and written communications with key stakeholders, including Employees, legal, HR business partners, management, vendor/carrier in a proactive manner to effectively manage each case.
Oversees preparation of medical files, documents interactions and updates systems, ensuring employee confidentiality and compliance with related state and federal laws.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years with Administrative experience
Experience in Human Resources (leave management or regulatory) preferred
Healthcare or medical experience is a plus
Experience handling employee confidentiality and following protocols
