WSP USA Senior Coordinator, Billing Services in Ephrata, Pennsylvania

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Coordinator, Bill Services (Biller II) for our Ephrata, PA office. Be involved in projects with our Billing Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

Biller II, works under general supervision and provides support to one or more Regional Project Accountant teams.

Job Duties:

  • Partner with Project Accountants to develop client specific invoice formats ensuring compliance with

invoicing requirements per contract terms and produce complex and/or large volume client invoices

either manual or electronic based on established invoice template.

  • Produces the preparation and finalization of "client-ready" invoices in Oracle.

  • Under direction of project accountant, revises invoice and makes appropriate adjustments to project

expenditures such as splits or transfers and perform Oracle maintenance to include bill rate

adjustments.

  • Compile and provide supporting documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor and

subcontractor

invoices, etc) as required by contract for review by the Project Accountants or Billers.

  • Reconcile Oracle with manual or automated invoice prior to finalizing draft invoice

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

  • Must have good organizational and communication skills

  • Must have good attention to detail

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, project accounting and invoicing

Preferred:

  • Associates degree

  • Previous experience with accounting software and/or Oracle
