Will be under the supervision of the Custom Fit/SBDC Director from Ephraim. Person will be our outreach specialist going out and meeting with businesses mainly in Juab County and with some outreach to Millard County

Qualifications

Required:  Associates or 2 years of experience

• Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Basic Computer Skills
• Communication Skills
• Organization Skills

• Customer Service

    Preferred:

• Marketing exp

• Social Media Marketing exp

Major Responsibilities/Duties

• Primary duties are to help the businesses understand the Custom Fit Program and how to use it. This is a program designed to help for profit businesses with getting the training's they need and helping with some of the costs of the trainings. 
• May require some travel throughout the two counties and occasionally outside the area.
• This person will also need to get to know what programs Snow College offers so they can direct people to the correct person or office. This includes getting a good relationship with the Snow Collage Snow Mobile program.  
• This position will be based at the Snow College Nephi Learning Center that is just west of the Hospital in Nephi. 
• They may also receive calls for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and help set appointments for clients as needed with the SBDC Director.
• Will want person to be involved in the local chamber of commerce and Local Manufacturing group and any other group or event that helps with economic development of the area.  
• Some flexibility regarding when the hours are worked each week. 20 hour per week position
