Job Title: Cost Control Specialist
Job Description
Join our team as a Cost Control Specialist, where you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and validating cost estimates prepared either internally or by external contractors. You will analyze blueprints, specs, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, material, equipment, and labor estimates involved in assigned capital and expense projects. This role will also involve providing preliminary estimates for planning purposes and detailed itemized estimates based on final plans and specs. In collaboration with internal partners, you will make estimate adjustments as needed and identify and apply high-level elements of cost and risk analysis. You will work closely with Project Managers to deliver a complete and accurate estimate of a project.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Enon, Ohio and some days remote.
