Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to direct and manage various marketing projects for the Marketing Department. This position develops targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including: email, digital branch signs, billboards, SEG digital assets, newsletters, social media and other advertising. This position exists to foster the image of the credit union in the community and promotes its products and services to members.
The Marketing Specialist position will develop, coordinate and execute campaigns, and oversee content planning and optimization. The position will coordinate the development of email campaigns, internal television programming, social media, external branch electronic signs, direct mail, print advertising, internal and external newsletters, annual reports, brochures, Select Employee Group (SEG) packets, SEG marketing materials, etc. The role will also develop content, layout, and graphics utilized in credit union communications and create design concepts in conjunction with the graphic designer. In addition, the role will work with others in marketing to create and maintain content calendars across channels, including, email, advertising, digital signage, newsletters, etc. Additionally, the role will regularly report metrics across channels and make recommendations for improvements. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and has authority to interpret and apply management policies regarding decision associated with management of digital marketing channels and uses discretion and independent judgement in addressing issues and resolving matters. The role has no budgetary impact, but clearly impacts revenue potential through the effectiveness of the communications programs produced.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. This position may require in-person training.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing * Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading * Ability to sit for extended time periods * Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment * Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel * Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects Qualifications
