Who We’re Looking For
Toyota’s Denver Regional Office seeks an initiative-taking, diligent Vehicle Marketing Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role will be to have the fiduciary duty of managing the budget with the Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Manager of vehicle Marketing, the person in this role will support the department's objectives to maintain top-performing dealership operators who are highly capitalized with best-in-town dealership facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support National contests with announcements, program details, objective/bonus/grouping entries in the website, enrollment tracking, twice/weekly objective trackers, audits end of contest
Support Regional contests with announcements, program details, objective announcements, enrollment tracking, twice/weekly objective trackers, audits end of the contest
DAP/MCB report prep/distribution and follow-up
Budget tracking of Regional sponsorships including actual sponsorship and activations
Liaison between dealers/TMNA of widespread issues, challenges with processes
Creation of annual trips from ePPR prep/reconciling, objective setting, qualifiers/disqualifiers, cross-department goals, communication, and trackers to venue selection, budget and implementation on-site
Order merchandise for special events and activities, stationary for event correspondence, work with TMNA Travel Services to negotiate hotel room rates, plan dinner events, and assist with menu selections
Coordinate with Vendors Ex. Corporate Golf Incentives or Moxi/One10 as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Budgeting experience
Microsoft Office experience
Ability to create and publish Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents and tracking reports
Ability to Travel Domestically and internationally up to 10%.
Experience constructing, facilitating, and hosting events for large groups with minimal supervision.

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,500.00 - $90,200.00This job posting is expected to be closed on : 01/18/2025
