CobbFendley is seeking a Project Manager (Surveying) in our Denver, Colorado office.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate's most important qualifications include the following.
- Five (5+) years of relevant experience Civil Engineering experience.
- Colorado Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification / license required.
- Management experience leading Survey Crews is preferred.
- The more successful candidate will be a proficient user of MicroStation and OpenRoads, Trimble Business Center, Carlson Survey, and Microsoft Office products.
- Operational skills to effectively manage a project team, schedules, and budgets.
- Team building skills.
- Project delivery and technical experience is a plus.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.

Supervise projects, survey technicians, and field crews required to complete survey projects.
- Assist in developing procedures, systems, and methods for project delivery.
- Assist with proposal preparation.
- Manage project's personnel, budgets, and invoicing.
- Assist with continued development of the Mountain Region Survey Group with a focus to grow the survey practice in the Mountain Region.
- Perform independent research and delegate changing priorities.
- Work with minimal supervision and deliver accurate work products.
- Adhere to CobbFendley's safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity. If and when the duties and responsibilities change and develop, the job description will be reviewed and subject to changes of business necessity.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
