We arean amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking aphenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.We want you to apply now!Here is some of what you can expect from being a CNA with us:Obtains and records initial and ongoing patient information throughout thecycle of care, including admissions data, vital signs, height andweight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, blood glucose levels,intake and output, and calorie counts.Assists with mobility by regular turning and positioning, dangling, andambulating patients. Assists with use of walkers, crutches, canes, andwheelchairs. Transfers patients to and from other units, departments, orentities. Assists with discharges. Demonstrates proper body mechanics.Provides or assists with non-medicated support care, including non-steriledressing changes, skin protection, application of heat or ice, andvenous compression devices.Orients patients/families/caregivers to room and hospital routine.Assists patients with activities of daily living to include eating anddrinking, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.Changes bed linens as needed.Performs hourly rounding and responds promptly to call lights and patientrequests.
