Description: * Arrive on time, load, and leave the factory at the established times to ensure an on-time installation. * Review questions relating to the design with your supervisor or cut list personnel for clarity. * Check each job for all parts needed to complete the installation on-time. * Review any important aspects from the previous day’s job with your supervisor or the office. * Ensure all parts required to complete the installation are loaded into the van. * Ensure all installation equipment is well maintained and organized in the van. * Ensure your vehicle is clean and well maintained. * Set up and maintain a safe and clean work environment at your client’s home. * Ensure all parts are high quality and chip free. Take pride in your work and keep the client informed of your progress. * Work with cut list/engineering to ensure all installer instructions were clear and understandable. * Report any client feedback to the Designer/Service Coordinator/Office Manager/Owner as necessary. * Train and supervise apprentice carpenters. * Attend safety committee meetings Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1-5 years carpentry/cabinetry experience Ability to stand and lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required. Bilingual a plus.
