This position is located in Englewood, CO

JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibility for providing administrative assistance in support of projects and/or people as a task specialist by utilizing processes and resources in a manner that is efficient, effective, and contributes to the overall success of the department in achieving goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of importance):- Utilize basic skills and proficiency in various software applications in support of department generation of reports and documents.- Accomplish routine and assigned standard administrative tasks including, but not limited to, communications flow, document handling, tracking, scheduling, prioritizing, follow up, and follow through.

  • Develop and execute innovative event planning strategies to deliver engaging experiences for team members.SCOPE:- Contributes through supporting others at the individual level.- No supervisory responsibilities.- Contacts and communicates with others and business partners at the individual or location level.

Pay Range: $21.63 - $28 per hour

This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on successful completion of defined performance objectives
