ManpowerGroup Pension Benefits Administrator in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Pension Benefits Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have research skills, Excel skills and 401k experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pension Benefits Administrator

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (3 days Hybrid)

Pay Range: $30 - $38 hourly

Contract: 9 Month (Extension possible)

What’s the Job?

  • Extensive research using electronic and hard copy databases to search for details about former employees' potential pension benefits.

  • Includes researching historical pension data, comparing data between multiple vendors, assisting with audit requests and assisting in payroll improvement processes.

  • Required to search for contact information for people deemed to be owed a pension benefit.

  • Support historical research and process improvements

What’s Needed?

  • 2-3 years of experience in 401(k) and Defined Benefit Pension administration

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Expertise in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is required .

  • Ability to compare and reconcile data between several sources

  • Excellent research skills

  • Organized and highly flexible
