ManpowerGroup Assistant Brand Manager in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
Our client, ice cream manufacturing is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager? to join their team. The ideal candidate will have communication, multi-tasking, and quick to respond skills and a passion for marketing which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: (Englewood Cliffs, NJ / Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 - $38 hourly
Contract: Jan - July 2025 (extension possible)

What’s the Job?
Assists the Brand team to deliver some or all of the steps of the Marketing flow of work (Strategy, positioning, innovation, engagement, activation and / or measurement)
Developing and Managing Innovation Pipeline with a cross functional team to ensure packaging, product and customer demands are launched on time and in full, across a complex global supply chain.
Lead consumer research by partnering with Insights team to conduct research on new innovation, communication assets and product concepts
Partner closely with Operations marketing team to ensure flawless execution in market
Lead Purpose driven communication writing and development for creative agency brief and lead the development of final assets
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
3+ years in Marketing, with some experience in Innovation Crafting helpful
A well-informed food & beverage “gut” coupled with an eye for aesthetic, design and attention for details
Passion for marketing and big iconic brands and desire to leave a mark
Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking.
