Speech Language Pathologist- Outpatient Ideal, UHS Home Care Ideal United Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist- Outpatient Ideal to join our ISLCHC Outpatient Physical Therapy department at UHS Home Care Ideal in Endicott, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Ensures that speech-language pathology services are administered in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Provides speech-language pathology patient evaluations and treatment for hospital based inpatient and/or outpatient services, as well as associated clinical documentation. Maintains specific service delivery standards which address commitment to service, customer satisfaction, ongoing evaluation of customer expectations, integration with quality process, communication and interaction standards, turn-around time and information processing standards, corporate compliance requirements, and physical amenities/environment of care.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship year candidate
Preferred:
Previous clinical experience
Experience with dysphagia and neurogenic communication disorders
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist
CPR certification within first 3 months of employment
Preferred:
- Certification Teacher of Speech and Language Disabilities
