We are a busy clinic looking to hire a clinical counselor. We currently have clients ready for you to start building your case load. Hired as a contractor, our structure allows you to right-size your practice-load to fit your goals. Your case load will be determined on your desired schedule, insurance credentialing, and willingness to take on new clients.
Expectations:
- Masters Degree / LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LAMFT *Pass a background check through Idaho Department of Welfare
- Maintain professional licensure for the State of Idaho as a Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist
- Maintain liability insurance at \$1,000,000 per claim and \$3,000,000 aggregate
- ICANS certified or willing to get certified
- Follow the Policies & Procedures of Crossroads Counseling
- Follow the most recent ACA Code of Ethics Guidelines
- Leave all client records at the office
- Set appointments and arrange cancellations with clients
- Develop Professional Disclosure Statement to be signed and retained within client records
- Provide services within your theoretical orientation and scope of practice
- Annually complete twenty (20) hours of Continuing Education, three (3) hours of which must be in Ethics
- Ready to put down professional roots with a small team that wants to add talented clinicians to our office and help the people in our community
