LaborMax Staffing Water Restoration Technician-No experience Necessary-We will Train in Emmaus, Pennsylvania
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Water Restoration Technician for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, performing water extraction, drying, and cleanup tasks to restore properties to their original condition. If you do not have experience training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to emergency water damage situations.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Document work performed and communicate progress with customers and team members.
- Assist with demolition and debris removal as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in various environments, including residential and commercial properties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Must speak English and have good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have a valid DL to operate company Vehicle.
