Job Title: Process Technician - Liquid Sanitizing

 Company: United Minerals Located in Emery.

 Job Type: Full-Time

 We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in our liquid sanitizing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of liquids through our production process while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:  Operate and monitor liquid sanitizing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to standard operating procedures.  Set up and prepare equipment for production runs, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and tanks.  Measure and mix chemicals according to specified formulas and procedures.  Monitor and adjust process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure optimal performance and product quality.  Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications and industry regulations.  Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs on equipment.  Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for complex repairs.  Document production data, including process parameters, quality checks, and any deviations from standard procedures.  Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.  Previous experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role, preferably in a liquid processing or sanitizing environment is also a plus.   Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation.  Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as equipment manuals and process instructions.  Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately record data and maintain documentation.  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
