We are currently seeking a team member to fill one of our Lumber Yard Counter Sales positions to help guests locate or order the items they need for home improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve customers, help them locate product
• Answering questions and quoting prices in response to telephone inquiries
• Process payments and handle money responsibly
• Be familiar with the inventory items and their locations
• Stock materials in the proper locations and keep shelves visual appealing
• Always adhere to safety and fire regulations
• Perform the function of unloading, storing incoming shipments of merchandise
• Maintain the equipment in a clean, serviceable condition
• Learn and use proper material handling techniques to reduce damaged to materials
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform duties asked of you by your department manager

Requirements:

• Passion for people!
• Age 16 or older
• Be available Saturday work duties
• Exceptional communication skills while relating to people in a friendly, professional manner
• Self-motivated; acts without needing direction from others
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Physical Demands:
• Lift up to 50 pounds and transfer equipment/supplies as needed
• Ability to move throughout the Resort as needed including constant standing, walking, and bending over
