Anytime Fitness Membership Sales & Manager in Elmsford, New York

Job Summary: The Membership Sales & Manager at Anytime Fitness in Pleasantville, NY will be responsible for driving membership sales and managing the day-to-day operations of the club. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a base salary plus commission structure, based in Elmsford, NY. Compensation & Benefits: The Membership Sales & Manager position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $19 to $22 per hour and a commission structure based on membership sales. In addition, the employee will receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Responsibilities: - Utilize various sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals - Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive membership growth and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues - Conduct facility tours for potential members and provide them with information about club amenities and services - Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including overseeing staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and handling customer inquiries - Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional events to attract new members - Keep track of membership sales and report on performance to upper management - Continuously educate oneself on fitness industry trends and developments to effectively promote and sell memberships - Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as processing membership applications and payments Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry - Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of fitness industry trends and developments - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with sales software is a plus - Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays - Must be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment EEOC Statement: Anytime Fitness is an equal opportunity employer.
